Are you a skilled maintenance engineer with experience in formulation and injectable facilities? Do you have a passion for optimizing performance, ensuring safety, and adhering to quality standards?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our formulation and injectable facilities.

About the Role:

  • ">
  • Maintain and repair equipment and machinery in the formulation and injectable facilities">
  • Analyze instrument failures and ensure seamless operation of manufacturing equipment and systems">
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of compression machines, FBEs, auto coaters, blenders, shifters, and RMGs">
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety protocols, cGMP, QMS, and EHS requirements">
  • Collaborate with OEMs for automation and instrument issues">

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer with:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent">
  • 4-6 years of experience in formulation or injectable facilities">
  • Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI programming, SCADA, DCS, and industrial control systems">
  • Familiarity with sensors, actuators, signal processing, and control theory">
  • Knowledge of relevant standards like IEC, ISA, or ISO">
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills">
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines">
