Technical Support Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As the primary contact for customers on support issues and product queries, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems and delivering timely and high-quality incident resolution.

This role involves interacting with various customers, ranging from small to large enterprises, via telephone, email, and chat services. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and use continuous learning across our technology stack to drive faster resolution.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer focus and excellent communication skills in English. With a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a product support business, you will possess good verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ramp up on technical and business concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via telephone, email, and chat services.
  • Contact and resolve customer issues within target service level agreements.
  • Document customer incidents with troubleshooting, root cause, and resolution information.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to identify root causes for technical issues.
  • Contribute to internal and external knowledge base for faster incident resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a product support business interacting with English-speaking customers over calls, emails, and chat.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving skills and good troubleshooting acumen.
  • Aptitude to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to work in high-visibility, high-pressure scenarios.
  • Willingness to work rotational 24/7 support shift model, On-call rotation, and off-hours as required.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and tech support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
