We offer an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space. You will be working at an emerging consumer-tech startup, driving business growth through strategic projects and initiatives.

a. Take on high-leverage projects that drive business impact

b. Work closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects

c. Own key problem statements end-to-end, from framing to execution and iteration

d. Build business cases, run fast experiments (market research, MVPs, proof of concepts, GTM pilots) to drive business growth

e. Build and manage execution roadmaps, from idea to launch to early scaling

f. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, operations, etc.) to build and scale initiatives

g. Redesign, document, and continuously improve key workflows for efficiency and scalability

Educational background – Graduation from top-tier institutions

Experience (1–2 years) – Preference for management consulting background or heavy problem-solving roles in early-stage startups
