About the Role

This is a pivotal position that requires a seasoned performance marketer to develop and execute campaign strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to improve ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing international markets, with expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and attribution tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies across multiple digital platforms
  • Optimize performance continuously to improve ROI and reduce CAC
  • Lead A/B testing of creatives to discover breakthrough campaigns
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide budget allocation and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external growth forums
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, ideally in high-growth startups or global brands, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in international markets
  • Strong track record in managing campaigns for international markets
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with solid analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Confident ownership of strategy development and execution
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence business direction
