Performance Marketing Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketer to oversee and enhance our performance marketing efforts across multiple platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Having a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and the need for ongoing user retention is mandatory in this B2B SaaS marketing role.
  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Build and manage marketing resources efficiently, tracking spend against performance goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Has handled significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta and other channels).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
