Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team as a Data Science Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced data models to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data pipelines using Python and related frameworks.
  • Apply machine learning and AI techniques to solve real-world business challenges.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and model validation to ensure optimal results.
  • Communicate findings through clear and compelling visualizations and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and data science.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
  • Hands-on experience with time series modeling (ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in forecasting techniques and building production-ready predictive models.
  • Solid foundation in machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
  • Familiarity with AI techniques, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps frameworks preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
