Machine Learning Operations Specialist

  • Evaluate and implement predictive models using machine learning techniques to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, success metrics, and deployment strategies.
  • Design and deploy models into production using best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Develop automated pipelines for model training, testing, and retraining, leveraging CI/CD practices and DevOps tools.
  • Optimize model performance, monitor drift, and ensure continuous improvement through A/B testing and experimentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Python programming, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and related libraries.
  • Experience with ML Ops tools/frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML) for workflow management and automation.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL, APIs), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques, including ROC-AUC, precision, recall, F1 score, and more.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for collaborative development and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience in handling large-scale data pipelines, real-time model serving, and feature stores.
  • Exposure to automated model monitoring, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
