Job Description

We are a fast-growing AI startup, Green Brands LLC, seeking an experienced Affiliate Success Manager to oversee the expansion and optimization of our affiliate program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and refining strategies to drive revenue growth, recruiting new affiliates, onboarding and retaining existing partners, and analyzing performance data to inform decision-making.

About the Role

  • Affiliate Program Ownership: Develop and maintain goals and KPIs around total affiliate revenue, collaborate with the founding team to set monthly and quarterly targets, and monitor day-to-day program operations using FirstPromoter.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and recruit new affiliates across social media, communities, and relevant networks, onboard them seamlessly, and provide training materials and best practices.
  • Relationship Management & Retention: Nurture long-term relationships with 100+ active affiliates, coordinate with internal teams to supply high-converting promotional materials, and negotiate special deals or VIP terms in collaboration with the founding team.
  • Performance Analysis & Growth: Monitor affiliate performance, identify top performers and opportunities for improvement, provide data-driven insights and strategic feedback, and ensure transparent communication of payouts, program updates, and promotional opportunities.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Report directly to the CEO, presenting progress, wins, and strategic plans, and work in tandem with the founding team to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless affiliate experiences.

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential affiliates.
  • Analyze performance data to inform decision-making and optimize program performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of promotional materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven Affiliate Management Experience: A strong track record of recruiting, onboarding, and scaling high-performing affiliate programs (100+ affiliates preferred).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using analytics to drive decisions, set priorities, and optimize performance.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to maintain positive, productive relationships with a diverse range of affiliates.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Confident in negotiating contracts, exclusive deals, and handling day-to-day communications.
  • Autonomous & Entrepreneurial: Thrives in a startup environment with minimal oversight, eager to seize opportunities and tackle challenges.
