This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join as an Insurance Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the customer base through strategic partnerships and relationships.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for insurance and business development. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing ones
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, intermediaries, and partners
- Drive POS activation and increase revenue from each partner
- Manage a pipeline to achieve desired numbers and continuously update it
- 0-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets
