As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a vital role in driving local HR services for our organization. This position will be responsible for leading and executing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a HR People Partner. You will work closely with Strategic Business Partners to gather and forecast local requirements, serving as a primary contact for employee relations activities and facilitating conflict resolution. Additionally, you will deliver Case Management services to support the business with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities.

  • Demand Management: Collaborate with Strategic Business Partners to gather and forecast local requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitate conflict resolution, and manage pro-active relationship improvements.
  • CASE Management: Deliver Case Management services to support the business with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with specific business unit needs, assisting managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans. Furthermore, you will ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor laws and organizational regulations.
