We are seeking an Assistant Officer to spearhead our Food Quality Assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the quality assurance function across all manufacturing facilities.

- Lead and manage the quality assurance process for Foods products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure product safety and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement production plans, schedules, and processes that meet deadlines and optimize resource utilization.
Financial Outcomes:
- Develop and execute production strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Supervise production staff, provide coaching and training to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
Customer Service:
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver high-quality products that meet their specifications.
- Collaborate with procurement, storage, and other departments to ensure the availability of raw materials, resources, and equipment.
Internal Processes:
- Analyze production processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to workflow, operations, and equipment to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and safety procedures in the production area.

Innovation and Learning:
- Collect and analyze production data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve production efficiency and address any issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing/plant preferably FMCG/Pharma Industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP.
- Strong team management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced industrial setup.
- Familiar with Food Safety Standards like HACCP/ISO/FSSC/BRC.
