Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our organization. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and solutions through manual and/or automated testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, testing types, and quality assurance processes. They will also possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 0–4 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, testing types, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar is a plus.
- Understanding of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries for data validation.
- Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
