Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-driven Product Strategist to oversee the execution of our product roadmap. As the day-to-day liaison between product management and engineering teams, you will be responsible for translating product strategy into a clear, actionable backlog, ensuring that our development team has everything it needs to deliver high-quality features on time.

About the Role

This is an execution-focused position where you will be instrumental in the smooth delivery of our lead quality platform for Fortune 100 clients. You will report to the Product Manager or a Director of Product, working closely with a dedicated engineering squad.

  • Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog for your assigned engineering team.
  • Agile Execution: Act as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team.
  • Requirements Clarification: Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team's questions.
  • User Story Creation: Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories.
  • Acceptance & Testing: Review and accept completed work.
Key Responsibilities

Foster effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks. Develop technical empathy and work with the engineering team to manage technical debt and ensure sustainable development practices. Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency within the team.
