Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our products.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to identify root causes of defects and ensure timely fixes.
- Create and maintain test documentation to improve QA workflows and enhance collaboration with other teams.
- Conduct manual testing and build automated test suites to accelerate release cycles and improve product quality.
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility to meet customer needs.
- Track and report bugs using bug tracking systems like JIRA or Trello; manage testing cycles with tools like TestRail.
- Contribute to QA process improvements and release management practices to enhance product delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve QA efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum 1 year of QA experience, preferably in a product-based company.
- Proficiency with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Passion for product quality, continuous improvement, and learning.
