As the Ecommerce Director at RoadCast, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales channels forward. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and grow our e-commerce presence, focusing on major platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, as well as exploring new opportunities in quick commerce apps.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional with a strong background in managing e-commerce operations, from product listing to order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management

  • Manage and optimize product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Ensure competitive positioning of products through pricing strategies, promotions, and enhanced visibility.
  • Identify and onboard new e-commerce platforms, including quick commerce apps, to expand product reach and drive sales.

Sales Growth & Performance

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that drive traffic and conversion.

Operations & Fulfillment

  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and dispatch.
  • Ensure efficient logistics and timely delivery to maintain high service levels.
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline operations and reduce order cycle times.

Customer Satisfaction & Ratings

  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews on e-commerce platforms to maintain high ratings.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer experience, address complaints promptly, and ensure positive interactions.
  • Develop processes to handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries efficiently.

Platform Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, tools, and best practices to ensure compliance and leverage available resources.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 depending on location and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and other major e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with platform representatives and customers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with quick commerce platforms and apps is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools and software for inventory and sales management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
