Interior Designer Role

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to conceptualize and develop design concepts for various projects. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional spaces that meet our clients' needs.

  • Develop innovative design concepts and prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Sources materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design specifications.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations to drive sales growth.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time, quality delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs that exceed client expectations.
  • A reliable vehicle for office/site commuting is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical situations.
