Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for an Interior Designer located in Gurugram, with the primary goal of delivering high-quality interior designs that meet client expectations.

  • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
  • Experience with Architecture and creating Construction Drawings
  • Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) coordination
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work closely with contractors and vendors
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Certification or licensure in interior design is highly desirable

Responsibilities include space planning, developing architectural and construction drawings, coordinating FF&E, collaborating with clients, creating design concepts, producing detailed drawings, selecting materials and furnishings, working closely with contractors and vendors, and ensuring design integrity and project completion within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop interior design concepts that align with client goals and budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces and identify potential design opportunities.
- Create detailed drawings and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Source and procure materials and furnishings that meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients to address concerns and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Skills: Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, experience with Architecture and creating Construction Drawings, knowledge of FF&E coordination, strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or licensure in interior design, experience working with CAD software, proficiency in design visualization tools, knowledge of sustainable design practices, and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
