Professional Accountant and Administrative Manager

A Private Firm in Ahmedabad seeks a skilled Accountant cum Administrative Assistant to fill a key role within their team.
Located in Ahmedabad, the ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of experience in accounting and administration, with a preference for industry experience in precious metals (gold/silver).
To be successful, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
The selected individual will be responsible for managing local, import, and export accounts, ensuring compliance with tax laws and financial regulations, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing financial reports.
They will also handle tax filings, GST, and other statutory compliances, as well as draft professional emails, letters, and business correspondence.
Additional duties include preparing and managing documentation for imports/exports, liaising with banks, customs, and other authorities as needed, and organizing and maintaining important records and files.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail, and proficiency in accounting software, MS Office (Word, Excel), and email tools.
While prior experience in the gold/silver industry is desirable, it is not essential. The company offers a competitive salary range of ₹500,000 - ₹700,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
