Job Opportunity:

Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to fill a key role in our organization. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for both IT and Non-IT roles
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interview rounds to ensure timely hiring
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future business requirements
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted hiring strategies
  • Craft and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms to reach a wider audience
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, organizational, and HR regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular progress updates
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment (IT & Non-IT)
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and coordinate the hiring process efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
