Procurement Lead Position Overview

This senior role is responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, from vendor management to contract negotiation and execution.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Evaluate commercial bids and negotiate contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure the effective management of supply chain operations, including inventory control and logistics coordination.
  • Negotiate and enforce terms and conditions in all purchase agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Approve and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and alignment with project needs.
  • Coordinate logistics to guarantee materials are delivered to sites on time.
  • Validate vendor invoices in coordination with the accounts team to ensure timely processing.
  • Authorize advance and cash payments aligned with company policy.
  • Ensure submission of warranty certificates by vendors for project handover.
  • Develop and monitor project and material schedules.
  • Promote and enforce procurement best practices as per the organization's quality processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in procurement for real estate, interiors, or construction services and supplies. A Graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or IT preferred) is required.
