Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Team Facilitator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in the job market context of India, and will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple Scrum teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communications and Coordination: Act as the focal point for communication and coordination between multiple Scrum teams.
  • Issue Identification and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate any issues or dependencies between Scrum teams.
  • Scrum of Scrums Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate the Scrum of Scrums meeting and ensure that all teams are aligned and working towards the same goals.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Track and report on the progress of all Scrum teams to senior management.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Provide coaching and mentorship to Scrum Masters and team members to improve their understanding and adoption of agile methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-15 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator in the job market context of India
  • Certification in Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitation
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills are required to manage and oversee multiple Scrum teams.
  • In-depth Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Scrum Framework: In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum framework is necessary to facilitate effective Scrum of Scrums meetings and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Experience with Scaling Agile Practices: Experience with scaling agile practices is desirable to identify and mitigate risks and dependencies between multiple Scrum teams.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to track and report on the progress of all Scrum teams.
  • Experience with Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello is beneficial to track and report on the progress of all Scrum teams.
