Job Title: Scrum Master

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced facilitator to lead our Agile team.

The successful candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of SAFe Agile and Azure DevOps (ADO) board.

The ideal candidate will be able to facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings, as well as develop and track key Agile performance health metrics using ADO dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
  • Developing and tracking key Agile performance health metrics using ADO dashboard
  • Effective communication and action orientation
  • Action follow-through and facilitation
  • Good hands-on experience with Agile Estimating and planning techniques
  • In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting
  • Effective removal of impediments
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling intentional gaps in the Scrum approach
  • Working in SharePoint Technology, preferably SharePoint 2019, Online experience required
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership
  • Facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master
  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Excellent hands-on and understanding of SAFe Agile and ADO board
  • Hands-on experience in developing using ADO dashboard to track key Agile performance health metrics
  • Effective communication, action orientation, and follow-through facilitation
  • Good hands-on experience with Agile Estimating and planning techniques
  • In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting
  • Effective in removing impediments
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
  • Working in SharePoint Technology, preferably SharePoint 2019, Online experience required
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership
