Job Title: Montessori Teacher

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Montessori Educator to join our educational institution. As a Montessori Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters independent learning and holistic development in young children.

About the Job:

  • Facilitate learning in a Montessori classroom setting for students aged 3-6 years.
  • Design and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each child.
  • Use Montessori materials and teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding.
  • Monitor and document student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum activities that promote cross-disciplinary learning.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment that promotes student well-being.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Montessori training/certification preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Montessori or preschool teaching role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient attitude.
  • Passion for working with young children and helping them grow and learn.
  • Basic understanding of child psychology and early childhood education principles.
