Job Title

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Efficiency and Quality:
  • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards.
Financial & Business Performance
  • Deliver Financial Results:
  • Own and deliver the P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Drive Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
People Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing executive and management team.
  • Promote a Culture of Innovation:

Stakeholder & Market Engagement

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven Success:
  • Proven success as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
  • Deep Understanding:
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle.
  • Expertise in Strategy:
  • Expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated Success:
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and entering new markets.
  • Education and Certifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
