Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Conduct thorough needs analysis and refresher training sessions to enhance employee performance and efficiency. Train new hires in sales techniques, product knowledge, customer communication, and internal systems.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and track trainee performance through score sheets and provide timely feedback and counseling to address performance gaps. Arrange follow-up training sessions as needed.
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate training schedules, material creation, and logistics. Maintain records of workshops, participant feedback, and follow-up activities.
  • Skill Enhancement: Train employees on selling skills, objection handling, and soft skills for various roles, including Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, and Assistant Sales Managers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in training and employee development is essential. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to align performance with targets are required.
  • Skills: Effective communication skills to address and resolve performance challenges are necessary. Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, or Tamil) is mandatory.
  • Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
