Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Academic Program Director to lead our Pre-Primary academic programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising instructional programs, evaluating lesson plans, and observing classes to promote diverse teaching strategies and materials aligned with research on child growth and development.

This role requires a collaborative leader with a passion for education, open to learning and driving team success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, academic changes, and effective learning approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the implementation of academic programs across Pre-Primary levels
  • Evaluate and refine lesson plans to ensure alignment with curriculum standards and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with teachers, staff, and parents to foster a collaborative environment
  • Stay up-to-date with educational research, trends, and technologies to inform program development and improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters in Education or related field (preferably English, Science, Social Sciences)
  • Professional teaching degree from a recognized University (B Ed/MEd)
  • Proficiency in technology and language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with CBSE board policies and procedures; experience with other boards also welcome
