Parul University seeks a visionary leader to drive academic and administrative excellence within the Faculty.

The ideal candidate will oversee efficient class management, examinations, and training programs, while fostering innovation, research, industry partnerships, and international collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Provide guidance to Heads of Departments and teachers on timetable design for optimal resource utilization.
  • Oversee timely information distribution among students at semester commencement, including study details, examination schedules, rules, and guidelines.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the institution to ensure timely enrollment generation for new students.
  • Ensure regular updates on institutional data, including teaching, learning, staff, examinations, and academic programs, on the university website and MIS.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to understand challenges and explore solutions in consultation with the Principal.
  • Hold periodic meetings with students to gather feedback and explore avenues for continuous improvement in consultation with the Principal.
  • Assist the Principal and Dean in preparing for expert committee visits.
  • Organize training programs, workshops, seminars, and symposiums in collaboration with the Principal and Centre for Human Resource Development.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Cell to promote the institute's programs through career awareness seminars in various regions.

Eligibility Criteria:">
  • Ph.D. degree
  • Professor/Associate Professor with 15 years of teaching/research/administration experience in Universities, Colleges, and other higher education institutions
