Job Purpose

We are seeking a self-driven Administration Manager to oversee and streamline administrative operations, ensuring efficient resource management, compliance, and a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Management: Conduct audits, invite quotations, and ensure timely completion of vendor cycles.
  • Facility Management: Oversee maintenance teams, monitor electrical consumption, and ensure regular equipment servicing.
  • Budget and MI: Ensure expenditure aligns with budgets and track monthly MIS reports.
  • Planning and Execution of Services: Plan air conditioning, water supply, pest control, and stationery services.
  • Legal/Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with statutory bodies and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Cafeteria Management: Manage daily operations in line with company guidelines.
  • Safety Management: Ensure security of employees, assets, and premises.
  • Travel Management & Guest House Management: Negotiate contracts, develop travel policies, and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Property Management: Search for leased office premises, oversee repairs, and improve building systems.
Requirements

We require an individual with 1-15 years of experience, a graduate degree, and preferably an MBA. A strong understanding of administration, budgeting, and facility management is essential.
