Administrative Operations Manager

Onsitego is India's leading after-sales service provider, offering extended warranty, damage protection, AMC plans, and on-demand repair services for all electronic devices and home appliances. Our plans are widely available across retail stores and online marketplaces.
Job PurposeWe are seeking a self-driven Administration Manager to oversee and streamline administrative operations, ensuring efficient resource management, compliance, and a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Vendor Management: Conduct audits, invite quotations, and ensure timely completion of vendor cycles.
- Facility Management: Oversee maintenance teams, monitor electrical consumption, and ensure regular equipment servicing.
- Budget and MI: Ensure expenditure aligns with budgets and track monthly MIS reports.
- Planning and Execution of Services: Plan air conditioning, water supply, pest control, and stationery services.
- Legal/Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with statutory bodies and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Cafeteria Management: Manage daily operations in line with company guidelines.
- Safety Management: Ensure security of employees, assets, and premises.
- Travel Management & Guest House Management: Negotiate contracts, develop travel policies, and manage relationships with vendors.
- Property Management: Search for leased office premises, oversee repairs, and improve building systems.
We require an individual with 1-15 years of experience, a graduate degree, and preferably an MBA. A strong understanding of administration, budgeting, and facility management is essential.
