Job Title: Facilities & Office Admin Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities & Office Admin Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

About the Role:

This role involves managing various aspects of office administration, including utilities, IT infrastructure, vendors, and housekeeping. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our office operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

  • Facilities Management: Manage electricity, DG, UPS, water, AC, ventilation, internet, CCTV, printers, fire safety, and other office utilities.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee housekeeping, pantry, stationery, front desk, security, and visitor management.
  • People & Access Management: Onboard new joiners with desk setup, ID/access cards, and basic kits.
  • Vendors & Leases: Maintain a reliable vendor bench, negotiate costs, track AMCs, and monitor service quality.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities/office administration, with stable tenure and clean references. You should also possess strong negotiation, documentation, and Excel/email skills.
