
Office Administrator

A seasoned Professional is required to lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, develop HR policies, maintain employee records, drive employee engagement, and oversee day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategically plan and execute manpower requirements: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Effectively maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Foster employee engagement through training and performance management initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations by overseeing tasks and supervising staff.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and other essential items.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
- Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management activities.
- Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in HR and office administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
