This role involves leading multiple renovation and fit-out projects for a major client. As the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project execution cycle, from design through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall project execution cycle, including preparation of master schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies;">
  • Manage internal teams, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion within budget and to international quality standards;">
  • Coordinate with cost planning teams to prepare budgets and manage change orders;">
  • Develop and implement effective logistics plans and ensure smooth site operations;">
  • Identify and mitigate risks to timelines and suggest acceleration methods;">
  • Collaborate with hotel operations and client asset management teams on proposed shutdowns;">
  • Prepare and update tender event schedules, administer tender processes, and award contracts;">
  • Monitor and report on progress, costs, and cash flow to stakeholders;">

Requirements:

">

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, with at least 12 years of experience in hospitality fit-out projects. Familiarity with international hotel brand standards is an advantage, as is experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.

You should possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and documentation management. Good interpersonal and leadership skills are essential, as well as an eye for detail in hard finishes and knowledge of various finishing materials.
