Project Coordinator Lead

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator Lead to oversee the delivery of our Oracle Utility solutions.



Job Overview:

As an accomplished Project Coordinator, you will lead cross-functional teams in implementing Oracle Utility solutions for high call volume environments. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring timely project completion while maintaining business value alignment.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, JIRA boards, and other PMO artifacts to ensure on-time project execution.
  • Own the successful delivery of project tasks and meet customer expectations.
  • Facilitate problem resolution and track risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and business-related challenges.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in the Utilities domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
  • Experience working with standard project management tools (MS project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's degree, PMP certification, or extensive experience in the Utilities industry would be advantageous in this role.

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • 4+ years of experience working in the Utilities industry.
  • Experience working in a call center environment.
