  • Serve as a mentor and leader, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to set standards and policies.
Key Competencies:
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills. An American accent is beneficial.
  • Abilities: Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing. Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
  • Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
