Information Technology Business Relationship Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of IT Business Relationship Manager. This position requires strong project management capabilities, as well as a deep understanding of business analyst requirements and the ability to drive precise outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and technology teams.
  • Identify and address gaps in business processes and technology use.
  • Provide expert-level responses to queries and identify areas for improvement through data interrogation.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT business relationship management, preferably in micro loan or micro banking projects.
  • Strong understanding of requirement specifications, BRD, FSD, process flows, and business use case scenarios.
  • Expertise in responding to queries and identifying gaps through used cases in LOS/CBS systems.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL and MS SQL, with knowledge of data and MIS requirements.
