AI Engineer - Emerging Technologies

We're seeking an innovative AI Engineer to kickstart their career in cutting-edge consulting.

Kickstart your career in cutting-edge AI consulting as an Associate Consultant with our Agentic AI and Gen AI practice. Gain expertise in structured training, shadow senior consultants, and develop skills in project support, innovation, collaboration, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a recent graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or related fields. Strong technical foundations include exposure to Python/SQL, AI/ML concepts, and cloud basics. A curious and ambitious mindset, strong collaboration skills, and passion for AI, data, and emerging technologies are essential.

Languages: English (mandatory); Spanish/French/Italian/Arabic desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in structured training covering Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, Responsible AI, data fundamentals, cloud, and consulting practices.
  • Shadow senior consultants during client sessions and delivery squads.
  • Complete technical and consulting checkpoints.
Project Support & Prototyping:
  • Support the design and development of AI prototypes, POCs, and accelerators.
  • Assist in preparing client deliverables (roadmaps, assessments, business cases).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads (data, CX, cloud, advisory).
Innovation & Knowledge Building:
  • Research trends, tools, and academic insights in Gen AI and Agentic AI.
  • Contribute to internal playbooks, reusable assets, and IP libraries.
  • Share findings via blogs, presentations, and community forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Technical foundations: Exposure to Python/SQL, AI/ML concepts, and cloud basics.
  • Mindset: Curious, ambitious, analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn.
