Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our team, where we focus on developing AI technologies that empower subject matter experts to automate complex work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop AI-Enabled Solutions: Create products and services that leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other emerging AI technologies.
  • High-Performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation: Develop and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for efficient search and retrieval applications.
  • Evaluation Frameworks: Design and implement robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of AI agents, RAG systems, and LLMs.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.
  • Ai Agent Stack: LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers.
  • Recent experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
  • Familiarity with core technologies such as Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm is a plus.
