Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM functional specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Recruitment Cloud, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Configuration: Design and implement Oracle Recruitment Cloud setups end-to-end, including configuration of functional flows and workflows.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth understanding of AI features available in Oracle Fusion HCM and experience working with Recruitment Booster is a plus.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure thorough knowledge of Security processes in Fusion Apps and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Communication: Develop comprehensive documentation, including Configuration Workbooks, ASIS, Functional Specifications, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, and SOPs. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Test Case Development and UAT Coordination: Create test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end-to-end business processes and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Application.
  • Implementations and Upgrades: Proven experience in cloud implementations, upgrades, and maintenance methodologies.
  • Global Client Experience: Should have worked with global clients, with experience working with MEA clientele being a plus.
