Job Title: Functional Consultant

As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM in our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion, and experience with compensation and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including compensation and benefits
  • Develop and maintain complex business processes and workflows
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the new system
  • Continuously evaluate and improve business processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Technical and functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion
  • Experience with compensation and benefits administration in an Oracle Fusion HCM environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Oracle Workforce Compensation
  • Knowledge of BI and OTBI reports
  • Good understanding of Fast Formulas
