Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Systems Engineer to support our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) global users.

This position is responsible for the timely development of master data within LIMS with accuracy and precision.

  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in pharma/biotech and 4-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • They should have an understanding of laboratory experience with various analytical techniques, e.g. HPLC, and previous experience with Global Regulatory and GxP requirements.
  • The successful candidate will also have required experience with following systems: LIMS (Labvantage 8.7), eQMS, and document management.
  • Additionally, they should possess strong customer-facing skills, including written, oral, and presentation experience, with the ability to break down technical concepts into business-facing language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the timely development of master data within LIMS
  • Interface with multiple groups to accomplish tasks
  • Independently perform tasks and interpret results
  • Troubleshoot as needed
  • Assist with training and support for LIMS questions during routine QC operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharma/biotech
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a regulated environment
  • Understanding of laboratory experience with various analytical techniques
  • Experience with Global Regulatory and GxP requirements
  • Required experience with LIMS, eQMS, and document management
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including written, oral, and presentation experience
