Workday Data Conversion Specialist Consultant

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional looking to drive data integrity and accuracy in a cutting-edge environment? As a Workday Data Conversion Specialist Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to our new platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.
  • Create and implement effective EIBs (Electronic Interface Batch) and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
  • Identify and rectify anomalies in data, ensuring high-quality conversion outcomes.
  • Develop and utilize data mapping tools to streamline conversion efforts and enhance data processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deliver results-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (optional).
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
