About the Role
The CRM Engineer will design and implement Customer Relationship Marketing campaigns to drive revenue for our company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM marketing campaigns, including setting up test plans, tracking, and managing creative processes.
- Ensure campaign accuracy and quality by proofreading, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and produce detailed reports to inform future optimizations.
- Maintain a comprehensive marketing campaign calendar and facilitate ongoing testing strategies.
- Present actionable insights and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in email and mobile marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of HTML and templates for CRM communications.
- Ability to analyze data and synthesize findings using tools like Excel or Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in performance or direct response marketing within a large consumer-focused brand.
- Demonstrated experience driving key business KPIs through innovative CRM strategies.
