We are seeking a highly motivated sales and marketing professional to join our team as an International Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to grow our international business in line with our vision and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong networking capability, excellent planning and execution skills, and a proven track record in managing partnerships and delivering sales targets. Additionally, they should be able to analyze sales data and present periodic reports to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish key relationships with embassies, HCF partners, and medical tourism companies to generate leads and conversions
  • Organize facilitators' meetings and medical camps in embassies/medical tourism companies
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Conduct OPDs outside India to drive international business and prepare/deliver presentations on our clinical services
  • Manage payouts of facilitators and medical tourism companies
  • Analyze and present periodic sales reports/dashboards to the leadership team
Requirements:
  • Graduate/MBA from a reputable college
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar profile
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships and delivering sales targets
  • Ability to travel abroad as needed
