Job Title: Human Resources Professional

About Role:

Fostering a positive work environment and driving overall human resources and administrative functions is a key aspect of this role. As a member of the team, you will play a pivotal part in leading recruitment efforts, championing employee relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Create and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract top talent.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • New Employee Orientation: Conduct orientation programs for new employees to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations: Champion a positive working environment and address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs for employees and develop initiatives to enhance their skills.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Office Administration: Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance, to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
