Oracle Financial Consultant

Lead Oracle Cloud Financials Implementations:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design optimal solutions using Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Configure and implement GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses, and Tax modules to meet business needs.
  • Conduct workshops, provide training, and offer expert guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices and solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Manage data migration using FBDI, ADFDI, and Spreadsheet Loaders to minimize disruptions.
  • Oversee SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation (config workbooks, test scripts, training materials) to support future projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years in Oracle Financials, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.
  • 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations (must-have).
  • Strong hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, IC, Tax, and Expenses.
  • Knowledge of P2P, O2C cycles, FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI/BIP, Security Roles, and Workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
