We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Financials Lead to join our team in this full-time remote role. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules.

  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials as a functional resource.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Demonstrated ability to define systems strategy, gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
