Our organization seeks to enhance its financial systems and processes by hiring a skilled Finance Systems Specialist. This role will be pivotal in the implementation of ERP solutions, design of Power BI dashboards for real-time financial reporting, and collaboration with the finance team to understand business requirements.

  • This position will involve designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
  • The ideal candidate will lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.
  • This individual will also manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • In addition, this person will provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  • Responsibilities will also include documenting workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  • This specialist will train finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions are necessary.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation) is essential.
  • A proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar) is required.
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes is essential.
  • A good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are required.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally is essential.
