Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead strategic marketing initiatives for our diagnostic services in the Nilgiris region.

  • This role requires the ability to design and oversee home collection and village collection initiatives, ensuring seamless sample collection processes in rural and urban areas.
  • The successful candidate will develop strategies to encourage walk-in patients, create awareness campaigns to educate the community about lab services, and promote Phoenix Lab's services to secure patient referrals.
  • Frequent visits to local doctors and clinics are necessary to establish and nurture professional relationships, promoting referral programs to boost patient inflow.

About the Role:

  • Must be fluent in Baduga language to communicate effectively with the local community.
  • A valid two-wheeler license is required, along with a willingness to travel extensively within the Nilgiris region.
  • Prior experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
