Product Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to bridge the gap between engineering and product teams, taking ownership of features from conception to launch.

About the Role
  • Become an integral part of our cross-functional team and work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Take ownership of feature development, from initial requirements gathering to launch, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and product stakeholders.
  • Drive direct impact on product strategy and feature development by applying your technical expertise and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement end-to-end features, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle.
  2. Owning feature testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure robust product delivery.
  3. Making architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals while ensuring best practices and code maintainability.
  4. Translating business/product requirements for engineering teams and collaborating with backend developers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders.
  5. Establishing efficient team workflows and documenting systems/features for both engineering and product stakeholders.
  6. Coordinating engineering activities and ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and product teams.
  7. Instilling feedback-driven development and experimentation culture across product and engineering teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to product management or project coordination.
  • Strong coding skills in both backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.).
  • Experience with API development, integration, and database management.
  • Product thinking with strong mindset for user experience and business value.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Notion).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate engineering workflows.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks, quality assurance processes, and feature validation.
