This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cloud technologies, customer experience platforms, and building scalable solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, configure, and deploy cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud architecture and be able to integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.
  • Support integration of Amazon Connect with other AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, Polly, Kinesis, etc.).
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in cloud-based telephony and IVR systems.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to implement call flows, routing, and reporting dashboards.
  • Work on testing, documentation, and maintenance of contact center environments.
  • Learn and apply best practices for AWS security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Provide support in user training and onboarding for contact center platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based telephony / contact center concepts (IVR, call routing, queues, chat, voice bots).
  • Understanding of programming/scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and willingness to learn new technologies.
