About This Senior Role:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Device Engineer to contribute to its medical device auditing team. In this key position, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the compliance of medical devices with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities and Challenges:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and audits of medical devices to guarantee adherence to ISO 13485, MDD 93/42/EEC, Indian Medical Device Regulations, and other relevant requirements.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies utilizing EN ISO 14971.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of assessors/auditors to achieve common objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on non-active devices and sterilization processes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in healthcare products or related activities.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management is mandatory.
  • Thorough knowledge of medical device regulations and industry standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant academic qualifications such as Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Hold relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ CQE, CQM).
